    Online

    • Order and pay for your items online with your PayPal

    Offline
    Cashiers Check or Money Order

    • After entering your items in the shopping cart, click Checkout. You will go to a new screen.
    • Enter your state. Do not select PayPal.
    • Click Continue to Order Form.
    • Complete the Billing and Shipping information.
    • If paying by cashiers check or money order, print the Order Form. Do not click Submit.

      If paying by cashiers check or money order, mail the completed Order Form and payment to Lorraine.
